Installed about 1 year ago. Had a pipe burst in my roof a few months later and thought it was the geyser. The team was there within 3 hours and found it to be an old galvanized pipe. Replaced it for me at a very reasonable cost. Then a week ago the element would not heat extra water. Google says they are closed but got hold of the manager and he sent a technician out the following day. Turns out my geyser isolator was faulty. Had nothing but good service from 4 Seasons Solar. Would recommend everyday.
Took a while to learn the timer for the geyser, but everything has worked great.
Looks like they closed down! Haven't been able to get hold of them in over a week, WhatsApp, emails, calls. Bought a solution about 2 years ago, the heating element breaks down once a year, so normally have to call them to install a new one.
Really Efficient Service. Did a great job in explaining that a bigger solar geyser is not always the best option. We wanted a 300lt but we are only 3. Technician explained that if we do not use all the water, geyser could overheat. Settled for less expensive 200lt. saving 38% on electricity account.
Converted a 150lt kwikhot with a flat plate and battery pump. works like a charm.
Installed a second geyser with them after having a great first experience. Still top class. Saving around 40% on electricity after doing the 2nd geyser.
Terrible with installation, geyser did not function and overheated that water were pouring out the unit for a full day, now I pay for this water. this due to technician incorrect installation. Then after service, and a real no care attitude. After I paid all most R60K for a 300lt and 200 ltr Solar installation. Rather go to another company. The installation if I did not double check overflow pipes would have push water in cavities and not outside wrong installation.
