Service is lousy. Speak to Rosaline for a quote, have been trying for 4 days to get a quote, she cant send quote and the person that sends quotes is never there. Also cannot speak to Heinz as he is also never there. Lousy, lousy

I think they have closed down....tried the landline, mobile and email - no response. Landline does not work Mobile 1 does not work Mobile 2, someone answers and doesn't say anything. Update: Based on owners response, seems like they are still open. Even though I did call on both mobile numbers and emailed them as well and only after posting this review did I receive a response (24 hours later)

Pricing is NOT cheap, no delivery, asking for what you want, does NOT match what you get beeeg difference between tempered glass and 3mm laminated glass for an OUTSIDE table, had to go elsewhere after it broke, and will NOT be returning there, also, No card machine, sticky cash.. . Reply from Owner and response back, Response from the owner 3 hours ago 1. tempered glass takes time to toughen - you could not wait that long. (we offered you laminated glass which is 2 pieces of 3mm glass stuck together with a sheet of tough plastic inside which makes it 6.38 mm thick. therefore if it breaks it only cracks - not shatters as tempered glass does, which you obviously accepted. it is also a much safer option. (in my opinion)) 2. if you request a wrong thickness of glass, we will advise you accordingly as we know the building requirement laws - the man in the street does not 3. we do not install glass if it does not conform to building requirements. 4. if you had asked for delivery we would have delivered with pleasure - did you ask? 5. we have no card machine as the telephone signal is very poor at our factory as well as the cables are regurlarly being stolen - so our apologies. 6. pricing is not cheap anywhere as the price of glass goes up just about every 2 months from the suppliers and we have to put our prices up accordingly. we do try to absorb most of the increases but it is sometimes nearly impossible to do that. but thank you for your review " Reply: 1. Yes I would gladly have Waited your team did not offer? 2. I did not request that thickness your team suggested it? 3. Clearly I did not meet my requirement I asked for tempered glass? 4. I did ask, check with your staff before making responses please? 5. That simply is not acceptable it's the year 2019 not 1952..?! 6. You are incorrect with your pricing other places that I consulted with much much cheaper? But thanks for your reply anyway.
