I was referred to Dr Du Toit by Dr De Bruyn, when I called in to make an appointment to have my retainers fixed/replaced I was advised that I could not be helped and “should go to the person who initially did my braces and the retainers”. My braces were removed about 15 years ago AND the last time I had a retainer replaced was about 6 or 7 years ago. The receptionist was extremely rude and not willing to help. There was not even a suggestion of me coming in for an appointment or consultation to see if they could help, it was a straight up no. I don’t think I would have been referred to the practice by the dentist if he thought they weren’t able to help. Really annoyed at the situation and service! P.S Had my braces done years ago in the same building
She's warm she makes the child so comfortable
All the staff are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them 100%.
