I'm absolutely disgusted and have lost my respect do Dr's, firstly these people tried to pull a fast one, I get this statement from them and not one of these Dr's introduced themselves to me when I was admitted so imagine I get a statement from people that were apparently observing me but I met none of them. Then they claim on the statement that I was there from 10 Feb 2021 but I was admitted on 12 Feb. So because of this error with the date my medical aid rejected it. and the bill of R2480.60 came to me and still basically threaten me with legal action if the money isn't paid in 30 days. on top of that they still tried saying I left at midnight, but I was there from 6:15 am - 11:30, for what reason they'd lie is beyond me. They knew that I was Covid-19 negative as I had a operation day before so there was no reason to not even tell me they here to observe. They keep doing this to people hoping someone won't read or enquire and just pay for things, These people are not in the business to help, they are educated scam artists. These people need to be taken to speak out.
