Doctor Platten is down to earth, has a great sense of humor and loves little people. He pays attention to his patients and makes the patients feel free. My 5 year old had the best time ever at the doctor. She loved himand2 his sense of humor. He was definitely born to be a pediatrician. He is absolutely amazing

Dr Michael must be one of the most patient, thorough and excellent pediatrician I have met. He took his time to ensure that his patient was comfortable and relaxed. My son was cranky, a tough patient who didn’t make the visit easy. Dr Michael was persistent and kind in esuring he got his patient to trust him. He was very professional, empathetic and gave a step by step explanation of his diagnosis with pictures .

Being first time parents and having a sick little one during the holidays is truly a predicament. I was honestly very impressed with Dr. Platten, he responded to our enquiry very quickly and thoroughly when we couldn't reach any other Dr. His passion is clearly displayed in his work and his enthusiasm was refreshing. It was very inspiring to meet him and to see him do everything himself while all of his staff are on leave. We would certainly recommend Dr. Platten to any parent/s that aren't already seeing him. Thank you for being such a good doctor and for going the extra mile - we appreciate you! We will most definitely be returning.

Dr Mike, thank you for a warm welcome and making me feel comfortable as a new mom. Our visit was informative and although my husband wasn't allowed inside the hospital due to covid, you kindly allowed for him to be included in the session via video call. We're very blessed to have found such a humble, patient and funny paediatrician.

Doctor Michael is very caring and makes sure you understand what is going on with your baby, let's you know what's normal and what isn't, takes you step by step the whole process even let's you observe. Has a great sense of humor it was my 1st time but felt like I had known him for years, very very friendly and welcoming takes his time with the little patient
