The service received from the workshop technician Nico was awsome. He tested my vehicle and helped me in a professional manner. There is never comebacks when he worked on my vehicle. I would recommend nico to everyone. The only complaint is they are WAY too expensive on their services.
We were on holiday in Bela Bela from UK with a friend who lives there. He was taking us everywhere in his bakkie. On one day he notIced the brakes felt different so he took it into Nissan Bela Bela and asked if they could help. This was at 3.30 in afternoon. We had a game drive the next day so we really needed the bakkie fixed. They were fantastic and moved us to the front of the queue. The bakkie was fixed within an hour with a new brake line fitted, and they didnt charge a lot for the work. Nice to find a dealership who actually cares. Exceptional service. Well done.
