Had an old injury pop up in my shoulder and was in immense pain. Was referred to Ana-Lisa for physio, turned out i had 3 muscles pulled in my shoulder. my movement was limited and the pain excruciating. As i am a Recovering addict i don't use pain killers. Ana_lisa did a full assessment treated the shoulder and over the next week the pain subsided. went in for a second treatment and now a week after i have full use of my shoulder. Definitely a big Thank you.
Ana-Lisa is fantastic in what she does, she has a way of helping you in your immediate situation as well as give you hope for the future. I have been in pain for about 16 years and for the first time in a very long time I have weeks of no pain. I would definitely recommend Ana-Lisa to anyone in need of pain management, injuries etc.
Hi, I had problems with muscle - spasms in my neck which affected my ears, my jaw and my arms. I never had headaches in my life but this caused a permanent headache every day. I am not used to take pain medication daily but now I had to do it to get through my day. I searched for a physio-therapist and found Dr Romao's name. The decision to use her services was because of very positive public ratings on the internet. I was well received by a very professional person who knows what to do. My problem was solved after my second session of therapy with her. I would refer anyone to her for any physio treatment. Thank you very much for your excellent service to the public.

I needed a Physio therapist urgently and googled for one. I came across Ana Lis'a practice and based on the reviews I decided to use her. I was fortunate to get an appointment for the same day. My experience with her was nothing but Excellent! She is attentive, caring and very good at what she does. She even follows up with a message to check if you are fine after the treatement. There are not many professionals out there that do that in todays times. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
