...what they say about first impressions, it was an online catastrophe. Provided feedback via their web page, big mistake (they don't like constructive criticism) Ended up getting a call from Paul requesting my banking details for a refund (yet funds cleared immediately on day one, proof submitted) on refund, asked if I'm still interested in part as they do have in stock, very unprofessional. Perhaps face to face they are professional
I would recommend them any day, they are very helpful and they go the extra mile for their customers, i am very happy with the service that I have received.

Good experience. Very knowledgeable about their landys and did the service while I waited. Will be back next year. BTW, have your oil changed every 10000. That's what kills the diesels.
Very slow service, paid online at 10:00am called the next day at 12pm and funds had still not cleared was told that order would probably only be dispatched the next day...online service is meant to be fast and convenient not slow and frustrating! Doesn't funds normally clear instantly when payment is made online?...very strange!
