Customer service is non-existent, have been trying for a week now to speak to someone that can help with a claim they refuse to pay but still no response or anyone that can tell me what is going on, they pick and choose what claims they do and do not pay. When calling the customer service number you get put through to so many different people that have no idea what is going on. Hoping this will get someones attention. This worked! They eventually got hold of me and it took almost 4 months to sort everything out but they were helpful.
I tried calling Affinity regarding my dental plan and was told I can't be found on the system at all. Was given the runaround and upon trying to call various numbers for Affinity, simply can't get through to the correct people. How is a person supposed to get service that way?
For the past 3-4 years I have used the dental plan every few months for everything ranging from the 6month tooth-clean to multiple crowns, and have received fair service and prompt payment of service providers.
I hope this one star rating irks Affinity Dental Insurance as much as their unsolicited recorded ad calls irk me.
