Brilliant, I have no idea how Lee does it. Dog whisperer, our 7 month old puppies have learned so much in a short time.
Been going there for years and I love Lee. She's a wonderful and understanding trainer that's helps you learn a lot about your dog and how to teach your dog what you want.
Lee and Jason are the best in the biz. Highly recommended.

We had a very disappointing experience with AOK9 Global. We signed up for the in house training and experienced poor communication & unresponsiveness from the trainer from the beginning. Promises regarding consultations and response were very slow and sometimes even non-existent. Life & difficulties arise for all, we all know & have them - yet continuing communication with customers to keep them updated & informed regarding consultations was lacking - to the point that continuing the training was absurd and frustrating. We therefore decided to stop the training - continued exposure to this weekly disappointment was not worth it anymore. Being responsive to customers by displaying a sense of urgency expresses real interest in them. It is unfortunate that we as customers are not prioritized, and service & communication is completely lacking in our experience with AOK9 Global Dog Training Academy. I would also suggest other customers to operate on a "pay as you go" basis - they're very quick to take your money, but slow to provide the service. I would hate for other customers to be treated the way that we were.
