The SPCA dont even have vets that can help your sick animal to get better but they will put your animal down for free. The person at the SPCA that puts your animal down is not even a vet. Im disgusted really. If my cat could have just gotten an antibiotic he would have lived.

Is definitely a place to take your children to go and enjoy if it's from dogs to cats and horses to ponies and also farm animals super clean and super nice staff that has a real good attitude about animals and service is amazing!!!!... definitely a place to go
I only give 1 star because it requires a star to leave a message. What is the use in giving donations to the SPCA if they dont even have vets on site. They will not give medication to save your animal but are willing to put your animal down for free. You think by supporting the SPCA that they will help sick animals no, if your animal is sick and needs meds and you dont have money to take it to the vet, you must watch it die, because they not even open on a Saturday.
Great service to the public and wish more outlets could be established all over the country to monitor and keep out animal friends in good health and environment surroundings. My problem is over the years I have donated many items to the charity shop....but who keeps tabs on the financials ? Who audits procedures and instills good operating procedures ? If one drops off items, cash etc why is this not recorded and verified by other management with receipt handed over and stock code numbers attached....? I just see another corruption scandal and another excuse of mismanagement ....do they get maximum rand for their donated goods or do staff and friends take good discounts etc...
I got my dog here, I will get the next one here too. We love our dogs and it is always best to take unwanted dogs into your home and give them a better life than to get them anywhere else. SPCA Benoni does fantastic work.
Amazing place all the staff are angels they help make my buddy TRAMP putting him down was sad but it was done with such dignity I am proud that we have a establishment like yours in our community. Love you all and God bless you
Good morning, yesterday 11 Nov a cat was knocked down and seriously injured. CMS supplied me with Benoni SPCA's number. I called them and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful, not wasting any time and advised she will arrange to have the kitty picked up. Within 10 minutes a SPCA vehicle arrived with 2 gents, they also did not waste time due to the severity of the kitty's injuries, the gent covered the kitty with a blanket, opened a kitty box, put a towel inside the box, put the kitty in the box and immediately rushed off with the kitty. I would just like to congratulate this team for their professionalism and care they take to attend to injured animals. Their service and response is out of this world. I could not believe their response time and care they exercised. Many businesses can learn from Benoni SPCA when it comes to service. Well done Benoni SPCA team, you make me and the community proud. Keep up the good work. May GOD bless all of you and take care of you and your families the same way you care for animals. You're just AWESOME AND AMAZING. Be Blessed. ️
Great organisation who is doing so much good. The front staff are extremely helpful and passionate. Thomas did our home inspection and was so friendly and really professional to deal with. Looking forward to collecting our two furbabies... keep up the great work!
