The doctor is good but I was very disappointed by the receptionists. I took my baby for her 3 week check up and paid cash and they still billed my medical aid. When I called to ask them about this they said it was a"mistake" and they will reverse the payment. But when I received my statement I saw they had claimed from the medical aid AGAIN! Mommies pls be careful when paying cash DO NOT give them your medical aid information cos they will claim from it too meaning they have DOUBLE CHARGED you. Its sad that the receptionists are giving Dr. Magudumana a bad name, cause he really is a good doctor.

The reception staff are not welcoming or polite. The paed himself was busy doing online banking and was busy on his computer during the entire appointment for my 12 day olds check up. We were worried about jaundice, he sent us for blood tests and asked us to call back at 4pm for results. It wasn’t ready so we called back 30 min later and the reception said he is gone home for the weekend but the results are on his desk. So we were left hanging for the weekend on whether or not our newborn needs phototherapy. I do not recommend this paediatrician. You pay a lot for a doctors time and attention and the service was poor.
