This was an absoluut great experience to visit Karen at her wedding shop. After visiting various bridal shops we were stunned with Karen's variety. Karen assisted Desiré with fitting many dresses and gave excellent advice. Thank you Karen you made it easy.

What a wonderful experience! Karen was willing to see my wedding party and myself after hours to accommodate all of us. (Sorry for all the inconvenience we caused you Karen). From the second we walked in, Karen were willing to truly spend the time in assisting me with options and fantastic advice, even about non-dress related wedding details! Every second became part of beautiful memories. I, my bridesmaids, flower girls and my mom looked beautiful and elegant. I still get compliments. Best of all... My dream wedding was so much more affordable that I ever could have imagined.

Please ladies if you are looking for a hassle free process DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I sent my dress to her over 2 years ago, not once since then did she provide any feedback regarding rental or potential buyers of the dress. All of a sudden she sends an email demanding that I fetch the dress or she will give it to a charity. Firstly, she has no sense of providing a satisfactory service for customers it is all about her bottom line. When I initially sent the dress to her it was in a dress cover, along with the veil and the contract as she demanded that a hard copy he produced on arrival of the dress. When I went to fetch my dress after her abrupt mail threatening to give my dress away, the dress came back looking HORRIFIC! And of course she can’t find my veil. There are shoe marks on the lining of my dress, the hem is all lose, the tulle on the dress has shrunk and is all wrinkled up, clearly the result of a botched up wash job. When I called to confront her about why my dress looks this way she got so aggressive and threatened with her lawyers. I don’t think the owner realises that she has chosen to run a business and should comply with the Consumer Protection Act and realize that I have every right to question. She wouldn’t appreciate it if this was done to her but she is dripping with a sense of entitlement. The bottom line is I think supporting her because she is a small business was the biggest mistake of my married life. She really does not have any sense of customer care and for me that’s the biggest problem.
