Called in to provide medical aid details prior to my appointment, the receptionist or lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and impatient at Parklands Hospital branch. When I asked for her name twice she didn't even bother to be audible. Good doctor but terrible receptionist...be careful she can tarnish your reputation.
