Poor service I must say. I do not recommend this to anyone who values their time. Even the simplest to remove stains don't go away? I had to take my coat to another dry clean and it came back perfect. mind you they claimed that it was taken for a redo at Umbilo but nothing had changed!!! What a waste!!
Terrible service, staff was rude, unprofessional. They just continued their conversation while I was standing there waiting for them to assist me. My clothes came out still dirty and smelling like no fabric softer was used.. Total waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Staff not so friendly except the owner, but is not always there. Dry cleaning well done.
