It is a shame what has happened to the medical industry (Mediclinic Bethlehem). My daughter went to casualty this afternoon and got assisted after only 30 minutes. Later that night we went back as the medicine was not working. My daugter was really not feeling well. Having no bed for her she had to lie down on the floor while they waited to be assisted as she could not sit up. After another man asked the reception to please help my daughter he was told that they only have one docter and that they just had to wait. You in the medical industry complain when you have to wait in an ATM line or the line at the supermarket but when we come to you for assistance we get told to just wait....so please remember this in the future when you are in a line and I really hope that you guys from now on hit every line in the country.

Excellent hospital with the best group of doctors and staff
Their staff are highly qualified, unbelievably caring, always at hand for assistance, incredibly organized and it is a clean and safe environment!
Had the worst service in January I was admitted because I had complications in my pregnancy, I only saw a Dr in the delivery room. When I called the Dr I was told that the Dr only see patients who are in emergency . They did absolutely nothing to help me . And I delivered my pre-mature baby and she was sent into NICU and when I visited her i had to ask the sister at reception about her progress seeing that my daughter was not ok and she did not care to explain to me what's wrong,she kept chatting with her colleague until I left and the next day I was told that my baby has passed on . What a traumatic experience I had there. This is just to say the least.
My daughter is sitting at emergency for over an hour and no one is helping her. How can people rely on such a slow services can't rekemand people to go there and not get help
The nurses, doctor, the whole staff njee, they're just amazing.
I had my first baby on Tuesday and all I would like to say to Mediclinic and all the staff is thank you! From the start I received friendly services, everyone made me feel comfortable and safe although I was very scared and unsure. My room was very clean and tidy, the food was excellent, assistance and help with my newborn was available and I learned a lot from all the staff. I have much more to say but bottom line is that my overall experience was excellent and I felt at home at all times. Thank you to everyone that made this journey a nice experience to remember, your friendly faces and caring hearts will be remembered
