I would like to acknowledge the sales lady who assisted me in purchasing a new contract today. Slindile Khumalo was very helpful, efficient and friendly. A pleasant change from the poor service I have experienced from Telkom in the past.

Store employees are unprofessional. No sense of any work experience and ethics . The manager isnt there to handle customers but rather upset all as they dont know any telkom information and customer skills . Worst store to deal with .

Went there few hours ago. What a shameful service. The lady with dreadlocks at the door needs to be taught what customer service is. If she continues with such bad attitude to customers, then she will not last at the sales industry. I went there prepared for the purchase, after recommendations by a friend but decided to take my business elsewhere

I was at the Telkom Cornubia store last week and I was receiving wonderful customer service from one of the consultants (a young gentleman) before being RUDELY interrupted by one of the other consultants, who was in a hurry to get me out of the store. I may not have taken out a contract on that day or at that store, but I am a paying Telkom customer and I deserve the assistance that your store is supposed to provide! Besides the great service, patience and understanding offered by one staff member, the rest of the staff needs to be taught what customer service really entails!!! And from your previous reviews also aimed at poor customer service, I see that you apologize but make no changes as this store receives the same bad reviews.

during December I visited the store to do an upgrade, I must say the customer service is pathetic,Very unprofessional for the brand,I am yet to have a resolution to thus issue.i will never recommend this store to any 1
