I was phoned by DT mechanic to inform me that they were to change oil, oil filter & spark plugs & we agreed on phone. I was disappointed to hv later been charged extra R500 for sensor of which I was earlier not told about or not told to be a problem. Jobcard was invoiced R3 680. I went & was only having R3500, I asked for a slight price dicrese of R180 as i was having R3500 on me. I was faced with an attitude by the receptionist lady who never allowed me to speak to manager. I insisted to speak to manager & she came & also didn't want to give price decrees of only R180. I was very frastrsted as I was not going to get my car because of R180 shortage
