I order 10 itmes of a product and when FarmAbility checked with their supplier, it was noted that only 3 items were available. They contacted me on the day of my order to let me know of the complication and offer to deliver the 3 items and refund me the 7. I said I was not in a rush and that I'd wait until there was stock. Samantha then took it upon herself to source the other 7 from an alternative supplier and I've just been told the full order of 10 items will be delivered to me. Thank you for the great customer service.
