Had a problem with my rear wheels enroute to Job and called Hyundai Bloemfontein and without even asking for my details the service manager ( George)assisted me by looking for the problem himself and advising his mechanic what to do.when asking how I I have to pay for the repairs he advised me not to worry they will sort out the problem first. The speed and accuracy in determining what is wrong and then repairing the problem was done within the hour. Thank you for the assistance and that is why we are fleet owners great car and great service.

I took my car for a service of Friday and as always I had a warm welcome and I left my car.I collected my car after work.My phone was off during the day because I'm working with the clients.When I collected my car I Marizelle gave me the attitude,telling me why can't I answer the phone because she was looking for me.I told her that unfortunately my phone was off because I'm working with clients.She didn't give me the chance to finish she continued teling me that she wanted to talk to me about the problem in the car.After payment she didn't even show me my car ,I had to walk around looking for my car until a guy at the security gate showed me all the cars that came for service that day.I'm so disappointed because I always get excellent service.
