Make sure the vet helps you at all times. The assistants think they know what they doing but they dont at all. My dog got a vaccine shot that made a swelling for more than 2 months and all because i let the assistant help while waitong for the the vet. I asked him did he know how to. But clearly not.
The vet actually cares for animals. All staff act professionally. I will not visit another vet again.
Wonderful, no need for appointments it's walk in, the doctor is caring and supportive of all the furchildren and humans, he makes you feel comfortable and at ease and never in a hurry or rude or anything negative the staff and the doctor are always positive, the admin is always friendly and make sure to give their best always
Germis is the best vet in Bloemfontein. He treats animals like children and in the past 10 years I took my dogs to him I just got the best service.
He is a absolutely an wonderful veterinary he cares so much for all animals and their owners he is not to expensive. You can't make an appointment it walk in but he is really worth the wait
