Don't think this is a bad company. They have a very clean look and one photo show they have a big team. Unfortunately they take forever to respond to a callout so never got to use them.

Excellent service from Kobus and Oupa (don't know his real name). They fixed one of my geysers and never gave up until they found and repaired a fault on a different geyser on my property. Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous at all times. I will definitely use them again

Took a whole day off work waiting for them to arrive and called many times to only hear each time "they're on their way", needless to say they never arrived and when we rescheduled for the next morning between 9 - 10 they once again never showed up.

Out of all the plumbing services I phoned they were the first to help me on a Saturday without any issues or excuses. They helped me with fixing pipes and taps to our laundry room. All the parts were available and no need to wait until monday to purchase parts. Thx 5stars...you saved the day
