The following is my frustrating journey with this branch of SA Print Group: 1. I waited 9 days before they responded to my initial quotation request. *2. I asked them if they can print 250 foiled business cards with two different versions of the side without foiling (for two different people, different names and email addresses; 150 of the one and 100 of the other). They said they can and will. 3. They asked for the images for the business cards in very specific file types, which I sent 4. After another week they tell me that I didn't attach the right file type. I ask them to look at my previous email properly. 5. I then don't hear from them re if they got the attachments, but a few days later they send me an email confirming my initial order details but not telling me if it's in production yet. 6. After requesting whether my order is ready for print and complaining about the communication, I eventually get a one-line email: "Yeah! Your order is ready for print." 7. Later I am given the date to collect my business cards (one month after my initial request). 8. I then receive a phonecall (for which I was very grateful) apologising that the cards will need another week for printing. 9. When I eventually collected the cards, I had already printed the same business cards without the expensive foiling with another company using only PNG images. The quality of the printed images by the other company is noticably better than what I got from SA Print Group. My biggest disappointment though was that neither of my two designs were used (see * above), only one version of a business card was used for all 250, which used the email address of the one version and the name of the other. All this wasted time and a LOT of money and frustration for what?

We ordered posters, had to pay the full amount before they started printing and when I got there to collect the posters they said I never paid. So I paid again so I could at least get the posters and we could sort it out when I get back to the office. It's been more than 3weeks now trying to get my money back after I sent them both proof of payments. Everytime they have an excuse and they only do payments on Fridays between 3 and 5
