Absolutely horrible! Long lines in the sun and had to give up and go home. They should really get more people to work or work more effectivel. What a waste and disgrace for a service
Quite surprisingly a good day. Q's were managed spend less then an hour even after arriving at 8. We know staff is stressed but can atleast greet and smile.

Service is slow and unfriendly. I have been here many times and it has never been a good experience. Bloemfontein Traffic department will have to find a better system to help people. Covid protocols are in place.
Terrible terrible terrible experience. We waited out in the sun for hours without chairs or water or any type of info on what is happening. When finally inside the building we got screamed at by one of the employees threatening not to help us. It's the worst place in the world.
May the odds be ever in your favour. I went there 6am and was number 73 in the row. Stood for 4 hrs in the sun outside in lines, another 2 in the building to do eye test and payment for drivers renew. Take water and a folding chair if you can, hat or umbrella will also help. Apparently they do not allow wearing a buff, only mask.
