When we first contacted her the veil was included in the rental of the dress and then after all mounts were paid over and we asked for the veil she said we had to buy it!!! When trying to book fittings so we could make sure the dress fitted correctly she was always too busy to assist(keeping in mind we had paid her full deposit already) now 4 months later she is refusing to pay our deposit back!!!

My sister got married in April and from start to finish working with them was a nightmare she waited ages for fittings and everytime my sister spoke with her on the phone she was really rude and not helpful in anyway... not making her feel as though her day was special enough to be given time or day... she was also told that her price was including a ring cushion and a veil, which when it came to trying the dress on she was told she would have a different veil on the day and this was just a try on one. What she didn't state to my sister was the fact that she would then have to pay for a veil 2 days before her wedding which was not agreed when the deal was first made. When asked about why she was having to pay for a veil that was meant to be included she was told that was agreed as she had to make one for the dress... when she went to look in her book it said the veil was included in the price yet the veil was still paid for as she wouldn't allow her to take it otherwise. Rude unhelpful and would never recommend them at all and to top it off my sister is still waiting on a deposit from them when her wedding was in April.
