Security is excellent, Rooms are very big one of the best around boksburg, Swimming pool untidy health hazard cleaned once in a very long time. Too much Noisy from planes just passing by above you after almost every 2mins. Parking lots Good.Yard cleanliness improving each day passing. But not suitable for kids ...the complex is full of naughty adults who can turn your kids to being wild you know what i mean.

Rent is fairly reasonable. Apartments are very spacious. However the cleaniness of the place is horrendous. The cockroach infestation is bad in certain areas of the place. There is always trash left laying around. The bins are right outside the doors and most of the time it is overflowing with dirt. You cannot leave your door open and cook as a swarm of flies will taste your food before you do. Noise pollution is also an issue. There are often parties that take place right until late at night and tenants often put up tents in the walkway and host huge parties yet there is a clubhouse. The complex is ideal if you have kids though as there are alot of day cares around within walking distance and the complex is close to all amenities including the airport. If you are a young couple just starting out though I would not recommend this.
