Service was fine. Sales person quoted us on tiles, we paid and left to collect our stuff later or the Friday. Later that same day the sales lady phoned to say the tiles we paid for was out of stock. They summoned us to come and choose other tiles.. We chose tiles with a higher price and they gave it to us at the same price of the original ones. We were happy

Stunning all round , displays were inspiring and housekeeping was great, the Cafelatte & the Mocochino are devine ask for Nthabiseng. The store manager Que is incredible, the service is refreshing, thank you Thembi, Denver, Zelda ,Yankies for making me feel so welcome. U- Lights is also there Now.. wow well done to Thyse and his team..Theresa is very knowledgeable and really a pleasure to interact with. Que you run a well oiled machine, congratulations & keep it up

All hugs and handshakes, and happy to take your money on the outside, but excuses and explanations with no apologies for non-delivery per arrangement, and not even a token gesture (like one free little packet of plastic tile spacers maybe?) or 'Sorry but' for the inconvenience, let alone reimbursement of two lost days delay and thousands of ZAR's to professional tilers for sitting on their bums, waiting and waiting... "No, but it's not óúr fault, it's our independent contractor..." Does that explain why no-one at any of your three extensions, nor even your Head Office could answer their phones when two people called each one a dozen times over?
