Pathetic and NO integrity! I bought a full batch of chemicals last year in June. They delivered 2 years of stock with only 10 months left on the expiry date. When I questioned it the rep Pieter said that they will not exchange it as they have controls and the stock has left their premises. He told me to wait and raise it closer to the expiry date which I did. Pieter, Monette and the CEO Renier all ducked and refused to acknowledge or rectify when I raised it again this year as the stock expired on the 8/04/2021. I’ve reported Delux Chemicals to the SABS, consumer ombudsman and Posted a review online. Deluxe chemicals wanted to extend the expiry date without testing the product at a Sanas lab! Jan Renier Viljoen who is the CEO and owner of Deluxe Chemicals as per the CIPC, dodged accountability and very brazenly said let’s see what the SABS has to say. Renier, the CEO sets an example of unaccountability and lack of integrity. I won’t be purchasing from them again, but I’m not prepared to loose money on their expired stock. This post is to warn all potential customers.

Great products but feedback service not that great ! I found communication very short and not sweat and the person did not go the extra mile as one should .... On two occasions i have emailed the company(once via the web contact form and once directly) - 1st time no reply and second time a very short communication as if i was hindering the business or process and how as Joe public can i ask for anything...Come on Management go the extra mile and smile ! Offer alternatives for Joe public to purchase items or via designated suppliers....do you want your products sold, consumed by Joe and word of mouth spread by Mary ?
