Great shopping experience, the staff is really friendly, and you are most likely to find what you're looking for, at a bit more cost that at your big stores and online stores. I called first to find out if they had what I was looking for and the call was satisfactory with details given and all my questions answered. I will definitely visit again.

Epotimy of customer service and a fantastic customer experience. I had a VISA picture taken and Foto First emailed me the picture. I did not ask for printouts which are required for the VISA. I sent them an email asking if they still had the picture of file and that I would come get it. Today I rock up there and this is where the magic of customer service lies. They had printed the pictures and they were waiting for me to collect. All this took 5 minutes. I love the pro-activeness Fantastic customer experience and certainly promote them. Thank you.
