Absolutely the worst attorneys to deal with, we started the whole process of buying a property in August 2020 to date the property has not been registered and all documentation, signatures and approvals has been ready from September. We had absolutely no updates from them unless I called in and requested feedback, at one point i was told my file is lost and they are looking for it. Each time we follow up promises are being made that it will be done and we need not follow up however the next day the transaction did not take place and there is a new excuse as to why. The service received is not service at all, I will never recommend using them.
In these hard times we deal with a lot, the last thing you would want is stress caused by people who should really be assisting. Well not in our case! we feel really blessed to have worked with Hammond Pole Attorneys, they were of great assistance, we received proper communication timeously and Morna was exceptional with her professionalism, her willingness to always assist as we don't have proper awareness when it comes to legal matters. You send emails and add interest yet you do not respond to request for a statement which is our legal right to request as you seem to have lost our payments. This has been going on for 4 months now. FNB and Hammond Pole Attorneys are collectively the poorest customer service pair i have ever come across. You should not ask how can we help you... As you dont help at all..
