advertising solid oak floating bookshelves for a very good price on their website that then turn out to be a very cheap product made from cheap plywood. Immediately contacted them to return the product, and then no response for weeks. Then they wanted to charge me for the return !!!! because they said I got the product i ordered!! Took a lot of effort to prove to them that the product they advertised was NOT the one I received! I should have looked at the hello peter reviews before even wasting my money and time with ordering from them!

That was a terrible shopping experience. Nice selection but the staff couldn't tell me basic information about the products. General product knowledge. It was frustrating to say the least. They should hand out a map at the door, that place is huge.

Love the idea, hate the implementation of it. Items mismatch in store, no clear indication where what is. In Paint section there is paint brushes but no spray gun, they are in the Tools section. Wooden dowel aren't in the wood section but in gardening? Also prices missing on shelves and prices incorrect on at least 3 items I bought today, wasting my time to get it fixed. Floor staff useless in helping, are least the cashier's are more willing
