Firstly there service department is excellent 10/10 amazing customer service. (they are the only reason this review is not one star) My low rating is due to, when booking my car in for a service I enquired about the new T-Cross and wanted to test drive it once I dropped my car in. The person who had the keys to the safe was not in yet and they weren't sure when they would be in, I was then asked to come back during the day but they would assess my vehicle while in the service bay so I could have a trade in value. When I had come back later on, I still could not drive the T-Cross, nor had my car been assessed. I was then promised feedback on the Monday and a quote. It is now Friday and nothing has been received. But thank you - your poor customer service in new sales has motivated me to buy into Audi - I settled on the R550 000.00 deal today.
