Very frustrating dealing with this company. They are not good at communicating with their customers. Work took 2-3 days longer than initially quoted. We had to constantly phone to get an update. Then on the day the car was supposed to be ready, I made the payment and sent proof of payment to Karen and Ashleigh, requesting that I am notified when we can fetch the car. No response to the email, so we called and were told the car is ready. When we got there, we were informed that we cannot take the car if the money does not reflect in their bank account. Would not have been a problem - if only that was communicated when the invoice was sent or even before we drove all the way there. It is also not the first time they work on our car, which makes it even more frustrating. I have now phoned twice and left 2 messaged for Shane to call me back. 2 hours later and no response. It will be interesting to see if he makes the effort to call me. I sincerely hope their workshop did a better job than the admin personnel.

If you are prepared to wait at least 30 days for your vehicle and pay extreme hight cost. Then go ahead and try them. Did I mention that you as client need to contact them constantly for a feedback? Don’t use them.

Poor service,took a gearbox in for a Daewoo matiz on friday just before the long weekend,asked them multiple times just for an estimate quote on replacing syncros,been told to wait so that they can strip the gearbox to get a quote,after the long weekend,went back,they couldn't find the job card and still no quote,been told they are busy stripping,will phone later that day, today i phoned them,still no quote will give it in five minutes,went back there to fetch the gearbox,been told they are now stripping it,at the end i took the gearbox home,still not stripped or even cleaned yet and not fixed,and still no quote,6 days waisted, better to fix myself,and 2 years back same story with Mercedes c250 gearbox,would not recommend supporting a business thats not interested in keeping their customers updated and informed but want money at the end of the day, maybe to buy coffee because thats the only service i had

The clutch, gearbox rings and bearings had to be replaced, driveshafts reconditioned. It was for a Hyundai 98 car. It rides really well, can't compain about that. And thanks to Danie for trying his best to get the parts soonest from the supplier.
