Not good service at all! Our printer needs new parts and we just keep getting excuses or no answers. When our ink is low or runs out we wait 1 to 2 weeks before getting a cartridge. We need reliable printing as we are a preschool. Now report cards need to be printed, letters to Parents about 2021 and Covid 19 forms that need to be filled out to keep us compliant. I'm so disappointed!
