At number 23 there is a man who rents there - he already has a protection order against him from his children, he often buys illigal substances and entrainment ladies also go in and out of his room! I really feel it a very unsafe enviroment for fellow tenants!

Nice Estate and houses, maintenance is good although living around the walls feels a bit unsafe, and theres a guard hut at entrance.
