The upfront total payment demanded by Weitzer but not delivering a complete job is dodgy. I have an incomplete kitchen with some quality issues. Had I known I would have used ELK. The granite is perfect. The designer was good and very patient. She only made 1 error.

Bunch of thieves!!!! They try to get as much money as they can upfront (promising incredible savings), but don't reimburse you when they cancel their part of the contract. If you MUST do business with them, insist to charge everything to your credit card: it is the only way to get your money back should Weizter Kitchen try to screw you over.....

Not a trust worthy and honorable company. Firstly you make a web enquiry they day they they respond within 24 hours they don't, you have to get for an appointment. An appointment was made with a consultant Slate to prepare a quote and design for me at 5pm today Friday 20 January, at 3h15 he calls to say can we have a quick appointment and do measurements despite the fact that when the appointment was Slate mentioned they prepare the 3d design and quote on site and if you accept the quote there is a substantial discount. 20 minutes before the appointment I received a message that he has to cancel as there is a serious storm and his car wipers are not working. Obviously he never had an intention to come out. No customer delight. He could have made arrangements for Saturday. The worst of all is I called to speak to a senior manager which staff would not allow to speak to, when asked for a contact number for a manager I was told the staff are not allowed to give managers DETAILS and numbers. I would not recommend this company they are just full of false promises.

Bought a kitchen from these so called “quality” manufacturers and paid extra for the PVC edging which the salesperson said would be better at preventing water issues only to find out after six months of use two doors are completely trashed. The manager didn’t care and still insisted they made a quality product. What a joke. My previous kitchen lasted over ten years. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!! Just to edit this review. Phoned your company as per your request to ask why my name was not in your system as a client and lo and behold the lady found me within a minute. Obviously you didn’t check hard enough and were hoping to debunk the review as malicious. I never stated that the edging was going to make the doors waterproof only that the salesperson implied it would help with the issue!
