They don't want to deliver the replacement of their faulty bed. It was not my fault that the bed didn't Last a week, they should be responsible for getting the item my location. Watch out for the high step when exiting the shop, is a trip and fall hazard.

Very unhappy with their product delivery. Had to sit and wait for hours after they phoned me to let me know my new bed has just left the shop and is on its way. Still haven't arrived and the shop has closed for the day. Looks like I am going to be waiting the whole of tomorrow also.
