After my experience below (which I will leave in the review) , here is an update. I believe things do go "wrong" with every business at some time. The true reflection of that business is how they deal with the situation that went wrong. My experience with this changes my rating from a 1 to a 5 star without hesitation. After a personal phone call from Roy, all was sorted and my delivery done today. The product is also really superb and for sure the best value I have found. I can highly recommend firelogs and will definitely support you in future. Original post: So, I hitched my trailer and drove the 40km from centurion to see your wood first hand and buy a load before future online ordering. Your website is amazing but getting to your physical address there was not a piece of wood in sight. The guy working there said you only open to sell from next week or something. Your website talks about year round sales etc... Rather a contradiction to what I saw. If your outlet is closed for a season, at least please indicate as such on your website. I was rather disappointed and annoyed at the wasted drive.

Very good wood - best prices (and I've checked it out) - large bags of wood - mix of red and white wood - their kindling is a must .......builds a great fire. Thankyou.
