I feel like there's always someone paying attention to see if they can help. Needed to return something but lost my slip. Was cool that it could be done without if you have a card with them. Then purchase can be traced. Very convenient for a loss kop with slips. Sucked that it was credited to my account though because it was supposed to go back into patty cash. Overall love the shop. Got all sorts.

Woow where to start , service from quotation to the front desk . Decided to purchase all we needed. Most part of it due to my age I was informed of specials etc. As of today I'm carry their card where I could put money and just spend.

Ordered an item stocked by the Builders group but not this store from the buyer in mid January 2021. Was told that the item would be at the store in by the end of the month (2weeks) latest 1st week of February. We are in the first week of March now and the buyer has not followed up with the distribution warehouse unless I have been to the store following on the progress.

There is definitely a shortage of willing staff at your store. On more than one occasion I asked for help and was directed to the wrong isles and when I eventually found the right isles the product that I was looking for was out of stock.
