My husband walks with crutches. Immediately when we entered the gentleman at the door offered him a wheelchair. He kept the crutches till we finished shopping. Such a wonderful experience. Sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name. Rest of the staff helpful and smiling. Super experience. Thank you

I found the store not too crowded. Some of the staff was very helpful, but at some of the Isles nobody to help at all. But overall not a bad experience..

Wide variety of stock...indoor and outdoor....staff very helpful and friendly....needed a standup freezer...went online onto their webside and saw what I was looking for...showed 3 in stock and 1. 2..3... I was helped...

The gentleman on the floor who was assisting us was very helpful. The lady cashier and her lady supervisor were not showing any interest at all, no customer service at all . I did not get the names , as they were not wearing name tags. No Zeal at all to most of the staff. I had to call for assistance. Need lots of improvement in customer service.

Gave 1 because zero is not available. Still waiting for service. Even tried intercom. One of the assistants tried her best to avoid me. The only helpful person was the security guard on the way out that offered me hand sanitizer.

I am thoroughly impressed by the service I received today at Builders Warehouse Bedworth Park. With special mention to Thabang Radebe, a very professional and knowledgeable individual. He specialises in the kitchen segment, but was in the vicinity when i approached the carpet section. Any of my questions were answered in good detail, and I took away some great suggestions. Thank you for your great service!!

It was,pretty quiet this morning when we were there. We got what we needed for our home project. They do have a wide range for all your DIY and Builder's stuff. The lady at the till was very friendly too. As we new what we wanted, we didn't need help from other staff today. In the past though, we were always helped by friendly & courteous staff.
