Very friendly and personal. You feel they care, they listen. I love these guys. I would go into the franchise, just to feel good. I don't really know what you feed these guys at the branch but pls keep feeding them... it's def working!

Maybe if they stopped having fun and actually tried assisting the customers we wouldn't have to teach them basic computer skills. I gave up and went to a more competent PNA.
They charged R90 to print one A4 photo on photo paper. PNA charged me R7. I don't know if they use a different brand of photo paper but that is quite a large price difference.
Extremely slow..... With no explanation or polite apology for all those waiting.......
Service is definitely lacking, the prices are ridiculous compared to the PNA which is just on the other side of the mall at the Checkers entrance. It appears that the staff have no idea what they are doing and have no sense of urgency or customer service. I only used them once and never again
Best place to print, scan and email. Affordable and efficient. Have used many times and you can email your documents for printing ahead of time and also DHL office in store as well. Convenient.
