We spent a fortune ordering an engagement ring and we received something misshapen and cracked. We fought for over a year to try and resolve this with no fruition. We were told to spend more money to have the issue fixed, 13 months later! At this point we’d rather bury the ring in the back of the closet and take the loss considering the replacement would still be poorly made and riddled with bad memories. What a disappointing company to deal with after years of supporting them on other projects! This is just a friendly warning to those considering spending their hard earned money here, don’t.
