Very good service. Dawie and Marcel helped assist me immediately when i arrived at their workshop and went the extra mile to get my ABAC 24lt up and running again.

This company displayed the lowest form of unprofessionalism, complete lack of customer service and regard for the rule of law I have ever seen. I took a 200 liter air compressor for them to find out why it takes long to fill up, they told me they have to let the compressor run for an hour so it can fill up and then they would call me with a diagnosis. They never called me that whole Friday. I called them on Tuesday the next week only for the lady in the office(who I must say is very rude to be a front person in any business) to put me through to the man (who I suspect owns the place?). He then informed me that they had to strip my compressor to find the fault and I had to buy a new motor for R2700. I was unhappy with this development because I was never informed of the stripping of the machine to give my consent. I went there the next day to take back my compressor only for the lady to tell me to come back when the man is around to find out if he was going to charge me. I was unhappy with her attitude and disregard for my time and I told her that I would not go and come back but she should rather call him to find out whatever she wanted to find out. She rudly said I would have to wait for her if I needed her to call him.(she was not even busy with anything). I waited outside her office and after a while, she asked the apprentice to call me and said the man said they are going to charge me R150. They are making charges as they go? Stripped my compressor without my consent and I have to pay them for doing that? I would ask anyone to please stay away from this business. They clearly do not have any business ethic

i left a 150 l compressor to be repaired at air force compressors , with a three week repair turn around promised and waiting over six months .,with numerous telephone and e mail follow ups to tony and his wife, whom run the business, i have yet to have a reply, telephone call or any follow up , my compressor has dissapeared and my work was irrelevant to them . i strongly suggest taking your business else where .
