Very helpful in the beginning, then the trouble started. Once I raised some concerns about air and water being able to come through the structure, I was told it's supposed to be like that. Then they agreed to come and fix it at an extra cost, but they were being very disrespectful over the phone and even told me 'you cry too much' when I raised my concerns. Took my money and disappeared with excuses.

Just don't use this company. Full of promises then turns up with sub par materials and dreadful finishing.
