Couldn’t be happier to find somebody in the Motor industry as honest, friendly and helpful as Renato and Damian. From day 1, they have been extremely helpful, walking me through every process, giving the best advice. They make you feel like part of the family. It is a big process to modify a car properly, but these guys make it so simple, they handle everything for me and make the entire process so easy. I could not recommend ATM Chiptuning enough!! By far the best in the game.
Based on these guys' advice I had stuff imported for my Jeep TJ which took them about seven months to get here. Once it was received it took them another three months to sort out my car. Received the vehicle back and had to send it again for repairs to Angry Jeep as the branch and exhaust system was totally wrong. Can't get hold of them as my number has been blocked. This after having spent hundreds of thousands of rands with them. Reported these guys on hellopeter.com as well as to RMI. Quick to take a deposit but slow to see it through. And when it is seen through, work is flawed and outsourced with markups. Forced to go legal route.
Brought to my attention. Attached Review in image states that i have had a bad service from ATM Chiptuning which is incorrect. I have been in the shoes of someone that has been ripped off and lied to and received pathetic service from another Tuning house. I feel that those responsible should be taken to task for what they do on vehicles as it isn't small money us car guys spend but we expect the "amazing service" all places highly promote and offer before taking your money. It seems as if once the money is paid all after service and Messing around leads to customers seeking legal action to resolve things. One cannot dish out what you do not want to be served.
If I could give more than five stars I would. They (through Renato) gave me absolutely excellent service. They build my car like it was their own and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Will go back to them again and again! Well done guys!!!!
