Today I bought a replacement wiper blade arm at AUDI Claremont for a whopping R1300 just the wiper arm.. I then asked if they could help me fit it? They wanted to charge me a further R550 for less than 30min of labour! That equates to R176k per month per mechanic!! These guys earn about R10k per month so excessive is being kind! It’s not about the money as much as the president of being ripped off! I fitted it myself at home with basic tools and it took 10mins? I won’t be getting another AUDI and definitely will not be going back to Audi Claremont. I would advise that you find another dealer or service centre that won’t rip you off too!
