It's a pity. I've always been in love with their products. In November I ordered a frame from their website. The frame came to me after three months and moreover when it arrived it was broken. I asked them to put a hook on the frame and to do it they broke it and they sent it to me that way. It did not break during the journey because I would have found the missing piece inside the package and in any case the package would also have been ruined. I asked to be able to return the frame and to have another one but I was offered a 20% discount on a further purchase. Obviously I won't buy anything from them anymore. It's a real shame that a customer is treated like this.
