These people are criminals that pry on people trying to score a buck around every corner. My girlfriend hired a dress on the 16th of November for the 15th of December. She paid a R1000 deposit that is refundable after returning the dress. Unfortunately she had to cancel the booking due to a national announcement that the maths paper 2 had to be written over on the 15th of December thus the matic dinner then had to be canceled. She called the day after the announcement (5 December) to inform "Be Styled SA" of this and ask for the R1000 back as she did not hire the dress. No service was render thus no money should be paid. The owner blatantly refused to give the money back and said it was a non-refundable fee. We felt that since we had let them know 10 days prior to the booking that they would understand but they are still refusing to return our money. They only reserve the dress 7 days prior to the booking thus there should be no reason why they should not refund our money. I hope that people read this review and beware of this business. I strongly suggest you do not make use of their business.
