The spam and their persistence of getting you to participate in a customer experience survey is beyond un-acceptable and frustrating. I had to download special apps to get them barred from calling me. The service was also mediocre in the fact that they did not even bother to respond to investigate a seatbelt problem I was willing to pay for.

I've had the worst experience at the Barons waterfront dealership In Cape Town. A month or two after my car went in for its first 10k service I followed up and informed my service adviser that my brand new T-cross Highline has a terrible clucking and thumping sound every time I turn left or right. Regardless of the speed or angle. I informed my service provider out of pure concern. After my car spent a whole day at the dealership my service adviser assured me the problem has been attended to and is much better. My partner went to fetch the car and after a quick test drive, the sounds were loud and proud as ever. After phoning my service advisor and updating him on the matter he had the audacity to say he did not check the car himself before signing it out and then referred to the loud sounds that you can hear from inside and outside the car as nothing more than dust and water particles that are stuck and that there is nothing they can do. He said to me If I want to pursue the matter i should contact customer care myself and get a case number. After contacting customer care and receiving a case number I was referred back to the dealership with the matter still being unresolved. I would love to attach the screenshot email from my adviser regarding the matter. but choose not to name and shame the individual unfortunately, my service adviser, as well as provider, has failed me

Absolutely amazing service. I just got my first car and this is the first time I’ve taken it in for a service. They uncovered some issues with the car, and send detailed video reports and updates through sms links. They called me explaining things and asking if they can do this or that. Super friendly, quick and informative. And huge shoutout to the lovely Shanlyn (Hope I spelt that right) for being amazing and super helpful.
