Awful. I've spent three weeks and still do not have a functional air conditioner. Multiple times that technicians just do not arrive, or arrive without all needed expertise (i.e. the electrician doesn't come). They've come to my house 5 times, late every time, missed 3 appointments and left me waiting for about 10 hours in total. They finally got all bits and pieces in, and the aircon didn't switch on - loose connection when they initially installed it. Bad service, bad service, bad service.
